The first conversation is free. Tell us what you'd like to build, and we'll ask a good many questions, to find out whether we're the right people for it before you spend a penny.

Plan it
We work out what to build first and what can wait, then tell you how long it'll take and what it costs each month. Not one big quote: a plan you can see the end of.
What you'll have: A plan, how long it'll take, and a monthly fee.

Build it
Set hours every week, so it keeps moving, and a meeting every week to see what's been built and steer what comes next.
What you'll have: Working software to use from early on, not a reveal at the end.

Look after it
Once it's live, a lighter retainer keeps it running and improving, for as long as you need, by the people who built it.
What you'll have: Something that keeps working, and keeps getting better.

Retainers come in sizes, to suit how much time and support you need, and we'll say which suits you once we've talked it through. One-off projects can be arranged too, depending on the project.
02 Who we are
Driven, by name.
Driven Innovations grew out of Find a Drive. After a decade in the industry, Harry Phillips began freelancing on the side in 2022. Two successful years as a sole trader later, he made it a company, with a name inspired by the app that sparked it.
We're obsessive about motorsport and driving, and just as particular about software: over the years, insurance, accounting, gaming and social platforms have all had some. We handle everything, from the first idea to production.

Asked first.
- What does the first conversation cost?
- Nothing. It's how we both find out whether we're the right fit, before you spend a penny.
- Will you give us a quote?
- Not one big number up front. Once we've talked it through, we'll tell you how long it'll take and what it costs each month, and you'll see the work as it grows.
- How often will we hear from you?
- Every week, in a meeting to see what's been built and decide what comes next, for as long as the work needs. And whenever there's something to say in between.
- What happens once it's live?
- A lighter retainer keeps it running and improving, for as long as you need. The people looking after it are the people who built it.
- Do you take on one-off projects?
- Sometimes, depending on the project. Ask, and we'll say.
